Good for you Alastair. I will hope to do as well if I make your age. God willing I may, as I am athletic, and still bicycling. My favorite bicycling buddy is 74 years old and he and I do many miles together. We are doing 35 miles after work today.

All the best.

Alastair - you are an inspiration to us all - for those who have had the procedure and for those - like myself - researching and trying to find the right answers!!

I am new to this site but I have read many of your posts - and I appreciate so much your thoughts, input and experience.

Congrats!!

Cheers!

Lisa

May 2008- after many months of no symptoms and issues- flare up- and new MRI shows moderate stenosis.
L4-5 small annular tear with some DD
