links for this forum

I am not sure where to post this

I often notice the links that are in my email when I am sent an email about an update go to some file page and not the actual form, this has been happening since i joined here, also sometimes if I click links on the internet that are to articles on this site I am redirected once again, sometimes even adult sites are my final result as I am bounced around.

I am 100% sure it is not my computer as I keep my system clean and this has happened on other computers as well, even brand new ones with fresh operating system installed.

Does anyone else have issues like this? I wonder if the site has got some mailware installed on the server that the admins are not aware of, this is the only site that I see this problem.

I can second that, but not about the adult sites or getting redirected elsewhere.

When a google search brings up an article from this forum, I many times get redirected to a weird 404-type page on the server. I think it also does happen from time to time for me on email notifications like you mention.

Refreshing the page a few times usually does the trick. It eventually loads the correct content.

last night was the first adult redirect, usually I click email links and it goes to that page you mentioned.

Last night I clicked a link in google that redirected several times with multiple pop ups in which one seemed to be a cam girl pop up but I did close it quite fast as I was trying to close out all the pop ups as fast as possible.

I am pretty sure having a tech background that the server has got something nasty on it
