Help making a decision

Hey everyone! Not too good at forums and actually this is my first one but I need help. Fusion is set for June 29th for two levels. I do not know if I am a candidate because I have moderate to severe stenosis. Not sure if I would like to stay in US or overseas. Not sure about what disc either. Boy, this is no fun.

I can say that after reading some of your stories it is not a nice thing to have but it is nice to know you are not alone! I can feel sorry for someone else besides myself.

Hi Vic, it was nice talking to you yesterday. Thx for posting. I'll chime back in later, hopefully others will reply.

Question: when was your last imaging study (Xray, MRI, etc.)?

While you can read stories and seek advice utimately you will have too make the decision.

Going Overseas

I have decided to go overseas because I need two level and doctors here are doing it off label in California but I spoke with Cedars-Sianai and it is a big deal to get it done.
Now, I need to see who would be the best doctor.
I am thinking of Dr. B. and Dr. Zeegers in Germany or Dr. Clavel in Spain.
I also need to know which disc to use because I am concerned if they have to remove it that there would be no problem.

Best advice right now is to select the best surgeon and see which disk or disks they're using and why. While ADR marketing literature would convince you otherwise, we're still in the realm where the right, or wrong, surgeon will have a greater effect on your outcome than the disk type.
