I'm thinking your much more in to your fitness than me!! I can do sit-ups but never really do them and I'm not sure what crunches are ;)

No need to thank me it's my pleasure, in hospital I wore a night dress which had buttons from top to bottom which made it easy to get dressed and un dressed, once I got home I wore track suit bottoms...
