I'm glad to hear that TBI is returning your calls. For your interest, Twowheelyankee told me in another thread that he finally got pre-approval with his insurance, so I am pretty sure that he'll will be getting his ADR surgery done at TBI. Twowheel, I'm sure you'll be reading this, so you can confirm.
