The primary thing that I latched onto was the following:

"Part of Charite's challenge is likely to be competition. The ProDisc-1 from Synthes, a Swiss company, is expected to receive final approval by September, the company's head of investor relations, Peter Fehlmann, said"

Hard to figure out what is mean there... Does he mean 1 level approval? Does he mean 2 level approval? Where did he get this information?
