I have both Medicare (primary) and Tufts Total (secondary). Two questions: Does insurance cover anything if a patient goes overseas? And also, did I read correctly that Medicare now covers ADR if a patient is under 60 yrs old (I am assuming only if surgery is in U.S. --- but perhaps they cover it even outside of the U.S.).
