Default New member looking for ADR solution in lumbar

Hello all

First of all i want to say how greate and helpful is that forum
My name is Karol and I am a 30-year-old man from Poland who has suffered from lower back pain since 2013. I was always very activ – I play in football all my life.In July 2014 I was diagnosed with hernia on three discs of my spine in lumbar region. There was a 15 mm hernia on my l5-S1 spine disc and part of disc spilled to the spinal canal. Discs on levels l3-l5 are dehydrated and there is also a small hernia. I also have horizontal aitchbone and flattening lumbar lordosis . I had microdiscektomy on level l5-S1 with pretty good results. Then in May 2016 I was again diagnosed with 14 mm hernia on l5-S1 and part of the disc spilled to the spinal canal. Besides that there is a significant decrease of intervertebral space on this level.
I had a microdiscektomy l5-S1 again but this time I don’t feel so well. I feel stiffness and pain in my back in the morning. I feel radiation to right thigh , pulsation of right calf and sometimes pain in my left sacroiliac.
I am looking for ADR solution
At this time I had three introductory foreign consultation (in Poland only fusion)
Dr Biersted- single M6 on l5-S1
Dr Clavel- M6 l4-S1
Dr Moszko (my fellow countryman who work in germany) l5-S1 fusion and l3-l5 M6
The most frustrating things for me is the calf pulsation and lumb right leg
since january 2016 and its gettin worst and worst:
