This will surely lead to controversial buzz. All I can say is that before ADR, I was in a painful fog that made MANY cerebral activities very difficult. I've said many times before that I am so happy to have my energy and lucidity back -- let alone have no back pain!
Perhaps this is one more reason for early intervention, assuming that ADR is the right procedure for you...
