Thanks alot my friends for the feed back. Everyone is right I should take it easy. Queenofhearts, good for you. I am looking forward to working out again. I started two weeks ago but I called my surgeon to make sure it was ok and he said absolutely not to work out. And to stop my jogging. It felt so good to get back in my routine again. Oh well it did scare me to see some people in here having to have surgery after their ADR.
Thomas I had a three level ADR here in Santa Monica,CA. I am in an FDA clinical trials. I am pretty sure it's not approved yet.
ANS, I won't be able to make the ADR symposium, but it sure would be great to find out what happens if the first ADR fails.
