This is a gut opinion but I wouldn't do any pounding on a post ADR spine until six months. And at that, I'd seek swimming or hiking vs. running (too many kness surgeries from this). Just an unasked for opinon. Why push a good thing that's difficult to replace/modify?

Severe, extensive DDD, considered inoperable by Dr. Regan, Lauressen, & some guy at UCLA. Severe foraminal stenosis (guess they can't operate!) and some spinal cord compression that Lauryssen would fix if gets outta hand.
