I got a PCM disc through a clinical trial last July. I didn't pay anything--except some weird $200 bill for basically doing an autopsy on my bad disc. Apparently, the study forgot it and the forensic guy was threatening to hurt my credit.
So, PCM disc for $200. Not a bad deal.
