If you enroll in the Kineflex clinical trial (SpinalMotion / Texas Back Institute) the surgery and the ADR will be paid for. You will have to pay for the doctor's appointments, back brace and any other lab work or tests needed. Typically you can have you primary physician order the tests and the results can be sent to TBI.
