Before my 3 level, Dr. B, Dr. Regan and Dr. Delamarter all agreed that S1/L5 was too narrow for an adr.
Dr. B ultimately did the adr instead of a fusion and I had and still have severe distraction pain.
Can't say for sure but if I had to do it over again, I'd definitely consider the fusion.
