Hello!
Just introducing myself. I live in Raleigh, NC. I have had back issues since 2009. I am 36 years old and trying like hell to avoid fusion. The ADR options seem promising. I am currently looking in to the M6, the 2 that are approved in the US and the new Freedom ADR. Ive been using a mix of PT, Chiro, massage therapy, and dry needling to curb my pain. Seems about once a year it comes back full force. I am very active and trying to remain that way.

Hi, thanks for posting here. I hope we can help you with your next steps. What are they, so far? Did you reach out to spine surgeons in NC or SC yet who perform ADR?

Hello
I have reached out to the following for consults.
http://www.cnsa.com/ http://www.centerfordiscreplacement.com/ http://www.southeasternspine.com/ My main concern is that I already have some mild facet degeneration as well. I am hoping I can get them to do a facet debridement at the same time.
