Default Cervical spondylitis and adr

Can there be any cervical spondylitis with an adr? As little as 1mm? From what I've seen, no.

I know I may someday need another surgery as I believe the cervical 5 end plate spurs are now penetrating the spinal cord when I Am at a resting position. Left thigh gets cold and numb....just started. I'm trying to learn about hybrid options, 3,4,5 all have shifted, but 3 & 4 only when in flexion, then Resolve when extension. 6 is fine. 7 t1 acdf. If I can't manage cervical myelopathy after non surgical options, I pray I have option for hybrid. I don't know if i would want to do a three or four level fusion or just become paralyzed. Ever since my first fusion things continue to deteriorate as time passes by. I'm learning C7 T-1 Fusion that was oversold to me was a bad idea for the rest of the neck above and life. Please any advice, I'm open to calls or text. 972 897 7611
