I first thought you were asking what doctor I was referring to in my response but now see that you were asking about Dr. Bierstedt. He is in Germany, link below. You can also go on google.de (german google) and research, just use the translate page feature.

TPatti,

Germany would be my first choice to have this type of surgery, but unfortunately I would be constrained by finances in this case. I have to try and go through the arduous American Healthcare Insurance channels here.

1) Herniated disc 1989 L 3-4.

2) 1990 Lamenactomy/Disectomy L 3-4 (No fusion).

3) Recovered well and had no issues for about 15 years.

4) As of 2009 to present-Stenosis, 3 Herniated discs, & Degenerative Discs. Issues are at L1-2;L3-4, L4-5 & L5-S1.

You may want to contact Dr. Lauryssen. He is a progressive American doctor who is currently working on obtaining rights somewhere overseas so he can implant the M6.
