Hi Julaine,

We live in Germany ... basically next door to all three ADR surgeons ( and a few others less well known).

What hardware have you ... and What Dr. want to replace it ... and do you know why?

Pardon my sicko satire - but my wife would love to swap hardware with you!

She is dying (in bed all day) to get her ADR taken out and revised to a fusion.
As I understand it, you need the fusion taken out and revised to ADR?
Want a slightly used Prodisc, size Medium?

Seriously, why would you want to come to Germany, if Delemarter can do it in L.A.?
Is it cheaper in Germany?

-m

In summary:

1. Contact Pro-Spine, fill out their medical history / questionaire.

2. Send all necessary MRIs, CT scans, discogram reports, xrays, etc to Pro-Spine.

3. Be patient, as Pro-Spine can get busy from time to time.

4. If Pro-Spine recommends surgical intervention, they will include an estimated breakdown of all the costs.

5. If applicable, wire the funds to Dr. B's account, make hotel and travel arrangements, and head to Germany.

For me, I arrived in Germany on a Sunday morning, and checked into the hospital on Monday morning. My surgery was Tuesday morning, and I left the hospital on Saturday, around noon.

My parents and I stayed in Straubing for another week, after which, we returned home.

That being said, if you find it helpful, you could go to my website (linked in my signature), and go backwards to around mid-November of last year (or earlier), then read forward.

(and then feel free to let me know if you have any follow-up questions)

David
