LBP you are absolutely right. You need the people who have more knowledge and depth of knowledge about fusions and ADR in the USA to come to your rescue.

There's a whole stack of people who have posted in the surgical outcomes etc and they should be helping you. Mark ******* should be helping you as he has an extensive knowledge of this subject and is a USA is subject.

I'm hoping someone is going to read this and come to your rescue.

P.S. I'm sorry I can't help anymore but I've had to deal with four new ADR patients in the UK today, and they are my priority at this time.

its not just to "my rescue" its to every member's rescue who is fighting for insurance coverage, and cant afford to pay for ADR out of pocket.
