LBP you are absolutely right. You need the people who have more knowledge and depth of knowledge about fusions and ADR in the USA to come to your rescue.
There's a whole stack of people who have posted in the surgical outcomes etc and they should be helping you. Mark ******* should be helping you as he has an extensive knowledge of this subject and is a USA is subject. I'm hoping someone is going to read this and come to your rescue. Best: Alastair P.S. its not just to "my rescue" its to every member's rescue who is fighting for insurance coverage, and cant afford to pay for ADR out of pocket.
