Default ALIF on L4-5 and ADR on L5-S1

Hello dear comrades in misfortune!
I had a diskectomy L4-5 in 2012, the result is so-so
I have constant discomfort in the lower back and pain in my left leg. Despite the fact that the pain is moderately, but chronically.
I consider fusion ALIF on L4-5 and ADR on L5-S1.
Help or assist advice or council, please.

Sorry for bad english

Most of the people in that case goes with fusion L5 S1 and ADR at level above L4 L5

DDD L3 L4, positive discogram at that level. Concordant pain.
28.02.2012 Selective endoscopic discectomy with thermal annuloplasty. No relief at all.
Considering ADR at that level

My disk L4-5 It was surgery. Discectomy. The interspinal ligament is destroyed.
I will not risk and go on consent opinion the self-confident surgeons. ADR on after Discectomy - is a direct threat to facet joints!
Disk L5-S1 - DDD. He's alive, but a big probability of problems after ALIF on L4-5.
Therefore, I consider the strategy: ALIF L4-5, ADR L5-S1
